I've been somewhat under the weather lately, trying to navigate the infamous work-life balance. During a not so surprising insomnia attack the other night, I found the energy to create these simple Bundt pound cakes, my other obsession.
When I need a simplistic cake for a table or counter diorama back drop, a Bundt cake is usually my go-to for such presentation. There is something so familiar and comforting about a Bundt cake. You can dress them up or dress them down for any occasion, and not to forget the variety of flavors and styles. I am definitely on the path to a Bundt cake overload this upcoming summer.
